I am so grateful for the countless people who helped make this dream of mine a reality. From teaching me important lessons to editing and spreading the word, this book would not exist in this form without the influence of so many others. I’m sure many people don’t even know the role they played. My sincere gratitude is headed your way.

It’s an exciting day to finally send this book into the world. It has been a labor of love. I have learned so much throughout this endeavor, and now I hope all of that does some good for others.

The message of Peace amidst the Mayhem is empowering. It is the truth that our ability to be happy and feel peace has very little to do with what is going on around us and everything to do with what is going on inside of us.

This means that no matter what kind of mayhem life throws at us, we can be calm, confident and compassionate. We can have Peace amidst the Mayhem.

As I launch this book into the world, I hope it finds its way into the hands of those who need it most.
